- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 3 de mayo de 2000 por el Juzgado
- Décimo. Civil Municipal de Medellín, con base en las consideraciones aquí expuestas.
- Sin embargo, dicha decisión se ADICIONA en el sentido de que el Instituto de Seguros Sociales deberá informar del efectivo cumplimiento de la presente Sentencia al Juzgado
- Décimo. Civil Municipal de Medellín.
- Segundo. El incumplimiento de lo ordenado en el presente fallo dará lugar a las sanciones establecidas por el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
