- Primero. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 3deg Laboral de Bucaramanga el 21 de marzo del 2000 en la accion de tutela de Reynaldo Scheneider contra el Seguro Social E.P.S., y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela porque se ha violado el derecho de peticion y ORDENAR que en el termino de quince (15) dias habiles se resuelva la solicitud de pension formulada por el senor Reynaldo Scheneider teniendo en cuenta el principio de favorabilidad y el regimen de transicion.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
