- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida el 27 de mayo de 2002 por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca y la sentencia proferida el 4 de julio de 2002 por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
