  1. Primero. CONFIRMAR, por los motivos expuestos en esta sentencia, el fallo proferido el cuatro (4) de junio de 2004 por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, por medio del cual confirmó aquel que en primera instancia, dictado el 1 de abril de 2004 por el Juzgado
  2. Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, negó el amparo solicitado por el señor Ricardo Oliveros Triana dentro de la acción de tutela que éste inició contra la E.P.S del Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
  3. Segundo. LÍBRESE por secretaría la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
