PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 21 de febrero de 2000 de la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Valledupar, que negó la tutela promovida por Luis Enrique Cabas Torres, actuando como agente oficioso de su señora madres Eneida Torres Nuñez, contra el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales (ISS).
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
