Debido proceso y mínimo vital ya que se le negó el reconocimiento de su pensión de vejez con el argumento de que no tenía el número mínimo de semanas cotizadas al sistema general de pensiones.
Manifiesta que es beneficiario del régimen de transición y cumplía los requisitos exigidos por el decreto 758 de 1990.
A la fecha la pensión solicitada ya le fue reconocida por lo que habrá de declararse la carencia actual de objeto.
