- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá, el veintitrés (23) de junio de 2006, mediante la cual denegó el amparo solicitado por la Sra. Elvira Rojas y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de su derecho fundamental a la salud.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la EPS Instituto de Seguros Sociales, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, y si aún no lo hubiere hecho, proceda a ordenar el efectivo suministro y la adaptación de los audífonos a Elvira Rojas.
- TERCERO. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
