- Primero. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca, Sala Agraria, del diez y ocho (18) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997). En consecuencia, se concede la tutela solicitada por Luz Daisy Arias Gómez y otros contra el Alcalde del municipio de Funza, pero sólo en relación con el derecho de petición, que fue vulnerado por el anterior Alcalde de ese municipio.
- Segundo. Ordenar al actual Alcalde del municipio de Funza, que en el plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de esta decisión, dé respuesta a la petición recibida en la Alcaldía el 17 de febrero de 1997. La respuesta respectiva, como se dijo en esta sentencia, debe ser ampliamente difundida, para que el mayor número de los peticionarios se entere de ella.
- Tercero. Librar por la Secretaría General de la Corte las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
