- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia del Juzgado Quince Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá.
- Segundo. CONCÉDESE la tutela impetrada por GUSTAVO ANTONIO MAYA ORREGO. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE a la Caja Nacional de Previsión CAJANAL -Subdirección de Prestaciones Económicas- que, a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, resuelva de fondo, sobre la solicitud elevada por el actor el 25 de agosto de 1998.
- Tercero. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
