  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Alvarado -Tolima, el día 6 de septiembre de 1996, y en su lugar conceder la tutela impetrada.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR al señor Belisario Perea Pérez para que en el término de seis meses contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, efectúe las obras necesarias en el sistema de evacuación de aguas negras de su residencia cumpliendo con las normas urbanísticas y sanitarias que eviten la contaminación del ambiente.
  3. Tercero. ORDENAR a la Alcaldía del Municipio de Alvarado, y a la Sección de Saneamiento Ambiental del Centro de Salud del municipio, para que dentro del término señalado en el numeral anterior, asesoren al señor Belisario Perea Pérez en la realización de las obras que deba efectuar con el fin de evitar una nueva situación de contaminación ambiental.
  4. Cuarto. ORDENAR al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Alvarado Tolima, que vigile el cumplimiento de las órdenes impartidas en los numerales 2° y 3° de la parte resolutiva de este fallo.
  5. Quinto. LIBRENSE por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplado.
