  2. R E S U E L V E :
  3. Primero. Revocar el numeral
  4. primero. y confirmar los numerales segundo,
  5. tercero. y
  6. cuarto. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia expedida por el señor Juez Catorce Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, a los veintidós (22) días del mes de julio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), en el asunto de la referencia.
  7. Segundo. Tutelar el DERECHO DE PETICION de la señora MARLENY INES LEON MORALES, ordenando al Jefe de la Oficina Seccional de Escalafón Nacional ante Santafé de Bogotá -Ministerio de Educación-, Dr. CARLOS ANDRES TAFUR, o a quien haga sus veces, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, resuelva la petición radicada bajo el No. 66319 del 16 de septiembre de 1992.
  8. Tercero. Comuníquese la presente decisión, al señor Juez Catorce Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
