  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del treinta (30) de octubre de 2002, proferida por el Juzgado Veintitrés Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Humberto Segura Barbosa, como agente oficioso de la señora Julia Rodríguez de Segura contra Compensar E.P.S.
  2. Segundo. En consecuencia, ordenar al gerente de Compensar E.P.S., o quien haga sus veces, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, autorice el suministro de las barreras protectoras para la piel y las bolsas de colostomía necesarias para el tratamiento de la enfermedad que padece la señora Julia Rodríguez de Segura, por el tiempo que según concepto del medico tratante, se lleguen a necesitar.
  3. La EPS Compensar, podrá repetir al Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, por los gastos adicionales en que incurra.
  4. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
