- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR en su totalidad la Sentencia del 17 de julio de 1996, proferida en primera instancia por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Manzanares (Caldas), en el proceso de tutela iniciado por los senores Manuel Lopez Campuzano y Gerardo Antonio Tangarife, contra la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Manzanares, en el proceso penal seguido contra los primeros, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. En consecuencia, el juzgado ultimamente mencionado ordenara inmediatamente la captura de los referidos Lopez y Tangarife.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Manzanares, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, lo mismo que al Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Manzanares.
