- Primero. DECLARAR CUMPLIDA la exigencia constitucional del articulo 167 de la Carta, en relacion con la sentencia C-064 de 2002, y por lo tanto declarar EXEQUIBLE el proyecto de ley No. 222/00 Senado - 86/99 Camara "Por medio del cual se modifica la Ley 6 del 14 de enero de 1982", tal y como quedo modificado por el Congreso respecto de las cuestiones analizadas.
- Segundo. Disponer que se remita el proyecto al Presidente de la Republica para la correspondiente sancion.
