- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar cumplida la exigencia constitucional contenida en el artículo 167 superior, en relación con el proyecto de ley 006/98 Cámara y 016/99 Senado "Por medio del cual se crea el Fondo para la Reposición del Parque Automotor del Servicio público de Transporte Terrestre y se dictan otras disposiciones", en cuanto al cumplimiento de la sentencia C-090/2001 proferida por la Corte Constitucional.
- Segundo. Enviar el citado proyecto de ley al señor Presidente de la República para su sanción.
