Prescripcion de la accion de los mercaderes proveedores y artesanos.
El accionante considera que mantener vigente el termino "criados" en la norma demandada se incurre en un evidente desconocimiento de la cosa juzgada constitucional contemplada en el articulo 243 de la carta politica debido a que en la sentencia c-1235 de 2005 la corte declaro la inexequibilidad de esa expresion.
Inhibicion por carencia actual de objeto.
El termino de prescripcion contenido en el articulo 2543 del codigo civil fue sustituido por la prevision general del articulo 488 del codigo sustantivo del trabajo y por decision expresa del legislador el referido inciso del articulo del codigo civil se encuentra derogado y no esta produciendo efectos.
