- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion Nacional,
- RESUELVE:
- Declarar exequible la frase "que debera ser aprobado por decreto del Gobierno", contenida en el articulo 74 del decreto 1042 de 1978, "por el cual se establece el sistema de nomenclatura y clasificacion de los empleos de los ministerios, departamentos administrativos, superintendencias, establecimientos publicos y unidades administrativas especiales del orden nacional, se fijan las escalas de remuneracion correspondientes a dichos empleos y se dictan otras disposiciones", en cuanto a los establecimientos publicos del orden nacional se refiere.
