- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar fundadas las objeciones formuladas por el Presidente de la República y, en consecuencia, INCONSTITUCIONAL el artículo 2 del proyecto de ley No. 03/95 Cámara y 05/96 Senado "Por medio del cual la Nación se asocia a la celebración de los 200 años de la Fundación del municipio de Barbosa, departamento de Antioquia, rinde homenaje a los Barboseños y se ordena la realización de obras de infraestructura".
- Segundo. Dése cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 167 de la Constitución.
