- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio para la Unificacion de ciertas reglas para el Transporte Aereo Internacional", hecho en Montreal el 28 de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999).
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 701 del 21 de noviembre de 2001 "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Convenio para la Unificacion de ciertas reglas para el Transporte Aereo Internacional", hecho en Montreal el 28 de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999).
- Tercero. ORDENAR la comunicacion de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la Republica, a los Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y Transporte, para los fines contemplados en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
