- Primero. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE La Ley 478 de 14 de octubre de 1998, "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Protocolo para la protección del Pacífico Sudeste contra la contaminación radiactiva", firmado en Paipa, Colombia, a los veintiún días del mes de septiembre de 1989. Así mismo, declarar EXEQUIBLE el Protocolo mismo.
- Segundo. COMUNIQUESE esta decisión al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República, y envíesele copia auténtica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Carta Política.
- Cópiese, comuníquese, notifíquese, cúmplase, insértese en la gaceta de la Corte Constitucional y archívese el expediente.
