- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el Proyecto de Ley Ndeg 43/94 Senado - 118/95 Camara desde el punto de vista formal, por haberse subsanado el vicio dentro del termino indicado en la sentencia C-407 de 1995.
- SEGUNDO. Estarse a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-407 de 1995 en la que se declararon infundadas las objeciones formuladas por el Presidente de la Republica a los articulos los articulos 1 a 8 y 10 a 12 del Proyecto de Ley Ndeg 43/94 Senado - 118/95 Camara, en cuanto no se vulneraron los articulos 151, 154 y 215-6 de la Constitucion.
