- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES el CONVENIO CONSTITUTIVO DEL FONDO MULTILATERAL DE INVERSIONES y el CONVENIO DE ADMINISTRACION DEL FONDO MULTILATERAL DE INVERSIONES, suscritos en Washingthon el 11 de febrero de 1992, y la Ley 111 de 1994 (17 de enero), que los aprueba.
- Segundo. Comuníquese esta decisión al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República, y envíesele copia auténtica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Carta Política.
