- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- RESUELVE:
- Decláranse EXEQUIBLES los apartes demandados del artículo 13 de la Ley 418 de 1997, en el entendido de que los menores que se recluten sólo podrán ser vinculados al servicio militar si tienen más de quince años, si se los excluye de toda actividad de riesgo y se los destina exclusivamente a cumplir funciones ajenas al combate y sólo en zonas que no sean de orden público, siempre sobre la base de la total espontaneidad de su decisión.
