- PRIMERO. Declarar exequible la Ley 22 del trece (13) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), "por medio de la cual se aprueba el Protocolo relativo a una enmienda al literal a) del artículo 50 del Convenio sobre Aviación Civil Internacional", hecho en Montreal el 26 de octubre de 1990.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar a la Presidencia de la República y al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241, numeral 10, de la Constitución Política.
- TERCERO. Advertir al Gobierno Nacional, que de conformidad con el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Constitución Nacional, en lo sucesivo, los tratados internacionales y sus leyes aprobatorias, deberán ser remitidas a esta Corporación dentro de los seis días siguientes a su sanción.
