- Primero. Declarar exequibles el Protocolo relativo a una enmienda al Convenio sobre Aviación Civil Intenacional (artículo 83 Bis), firmado en Montreal el 6 de octubre de 1980, y la ley 19 del 23 de octubre de 1992 que lo aprobó.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente decisión al Gobierno Nacional, Presidencia de la República y Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines previstos en el artículo 241, numeral 10, de la Constitución.
