- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declárase INEXEQUIBLE el Decreto No. 165 del 23 de enero de 1997, "por el cual se dictan disposiciones sobre reducción del gasto público en materia de contratos de asesoría y consultoría, viajes internacionales, publicidad oficial y se dictan otras disposiciones.
- Segundo. Esta providencia surte efectos a partir de su notificación en los términos del artículo 16 del Decreto 2067 de 1991.
