- R E S U E L V E :
- Declarar que en relacion con los cargos presentados contra la expresion "que se encuentre en estado de indigencia" del articulo 3o de la Ley 683 de 2001 ha operado el fenomeno de la cosa juzgada constitucional, y en consecuencia habra de estarse a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-705 de 2001, que declaro la exequibilidad del texto definitivo del articulo 3o del proyecto de ley No. 114 de 1997 -Camara de Representantes- y No. 04 de 1998 -Senado de la Republica-.
