- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el primer inciso del articulo 11 de la Ley 87 de 1993 que expresamente consagra:
- "Articulo 11: Designacion del Jefe de la Unidad u Oficina de Coordinacion del Control Interno. El Asesor, Coordinador, Auditor Interno o quien haga sus veces sera un funcionario de libre nombramiento y remocion designado por el representante legal o maximo directivo del organismo respectivo, segun sea su competencia y de acuerdo con lo establecido en las disposiciones propias de cada entidad."
