- Declárase EXEQUIBLE el Convenio de Cooperación Cultural entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República de Lituania, firmado en Bogotá, D.C. el 28 de abril de 1995, y la Ley 564 de 2000, por medio del cual se aprueba.
- La exequibilidad del artículo IX del Convenio se condiciona en el sentido de que las exenciones en él previstas sólo pueden referirse a tributos del nivel nacional y no afectan los impuestos, tasas y contribuciones de las entidades territoriales.
