- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- RESUELVE :
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 52 de la Ley 50 de 1990, por el cual se modificó el artículo 380 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, con la siguiente precisión en relación con el numeral 3o. del mencionado artículo 52: Que el miembro de la Junta Directiva del Sindicato para efectos de la sanción contemplada contra él, ha de ser vinculado al proceso de disolución del sindicato y para ello ha de notificársele también la solicitud del Ministerio del Trabajo, dentro de este proceso.
