- tercero. de la Ley 100 de 1993, salvo el aparte final de este ultimo que dice: "Sin embargo, cuando el tiempo que les hiciere falta fuere igual o inferior a dos (2) anos a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, el ingreso base para liquidar la pension sera el promedio de lo devengado en los dos (2) ultimos anos, para los trabajadores del sector privado y de un (1) ano para los servidores publicos", que fue declarado inexequible.
