- Primero. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE el "Acuerdo General de Amistad y Cooperación entre la República de Colombia y Rumania", suscrito en Santafé de Bogotá el 5 de agosto de 1993.
- Segundo. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE la ley 284 de junio 14 de 1996, aprobatoria del Acuerdo antes mencionado.
- Tercero. ENVÍAR copia de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la República y a la Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241-10 de la Constitución.
