- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del 23 de abril de 2019, proferido por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, mediante el cual rechazó la demanda interpuesta por el ciudadano Jaime Enrique Niño Ojeda, en contra de la interpretación del artículo 1º de la Ley 1786 de 2016 realizada por la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, contenida en Auto AP4711-2017, radicado 49734 del 24 de julio de 2017.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General, COMUNÍQUESE el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, advirtiendo que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
- Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHÍVESE el expediente.
