CONFIRMAR el auto del veinticinco (25) de junio de dos mil nueve (2009), dictado por el Magistrado Sustanciador Juan Carlos Henao Perez, en el sentido de rechazar la demanda interpuesta por Maria Soledad Castrillon Amaya contra los articulos 204 de la Ley 270 de 1996 -"Estatutaria de la Administracion de Justicia"-; 127, 128 y 130 (parcial) del Decreto 1660 de 1978; y 29 del Decreto ley 2400 de 1968, modificado por el articulo 1deg (parcial) del Decreto 3074 de 1968 contra el articulo 5deg (parcial) de la Ley 11 de 1972.
