Recurso de Súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 18 de septiembre del 2012, proferido por la magistrado María Victoria Calle Correa dentro del proceso de la referencia, por medio del cual decidió rechazar la demanda al considerar que la norma impugnada ya había sido sometida a control integral y por tanto existía cosa juzgada.
A juicio de la Corte, la posición del demandante expresa una apreciación puramente subjetiva y no supera el umbral argumentativo mínimo que se requiere para someter una norma al examen de constitucionalidad de la Corporación, máxime cuando se trata de un precepto legal ya analizado en precedente ocasión.
Se decide CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.
