Con el presente auto la Sala Plena decide SUSPENDER los términos en los expedientes RPZ-001 y RDL-006, correspondientes al control de constitucionalidad de la Ley 1820 de 2016 y del Decreto Ley 277 de 2017, respectivamente.
Se dispone que esta suspensión se mantiene hasta tanto la Corporación decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (expediente RPZ-003) y decrete la reanudación de los procesos inicialmente mencionados.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los terminos en los expedientes RPZ-001 y RDL-006, correspondientes al control de constitucionalidad de la Ley 1820 de 2016 y del Decreto Ley 277 de 2017, respectivamente.
- SEGUNDO. Esta suspension se mantendra hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (expediente RPZ-003), y decrete la reanudacion de los procesos RPZ-001 y RDL-006.
- TERCERO. La Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional realizara las anotaciones correspondientes en los expedientes mencionados.
