- Primero. NEGAR las solicitudes de aclaración y adición de la sentencia T-769 de 2005, formuladas por el señor Alexander Bastidas Rodríguez, conforme a lo señalado en este Auto.
- Segundo. Por medio de Secretaría General envíese el memorial que suscribe el señor Bastidas Rodríguez y copia de esta decisión, al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Pasto, teniendo en cuenta que allí reposa el expediente correspondiente.
- Tercero. A través de Secretaria General, notificar esta decisión al peticionario.
