No se decretó la nulidad “del proceso que culminó con la Sentencia T-1211/00”, toda vez que si la sentencia no hizo referencia a nombre alguno porque la militancia sindical se prueba u objeta en espacios diferentes, no podía al iniciarse la acción citarse a esas personas que firman la nulidad, ni mucho menos hacerse una citación en abstracto.
Y raya en la temeridad que trabajadores de la referida empresa que dicen no ser sindicalizados quieran dejar sin efecto la protección tutelar a un sindicato.
