Recurso de Súplica interpuesto contra el Auto del 5 de abril del 2011, dictado por el Magistrado Juan Carlos Henao Pérez, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda presentada en el proceso de la referencia, por estimar que no se logró dar cabal cumplimiento a los requisitos de especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia.
Concluye la Sala, en coincidencia con el Magistrado Sustanciador, que las demandantes no corrigieron el líbelo en los términos indicados en el auto de inadmisión y consecuentemente se CONFIRMA el auto recurrido.

- CONFIRMAR el Auto del 5 de abril de 2011 dictado por el Magistrado Sustanciador, Juan Carlos Henao Perez, por medio del cual rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad, identificada con el numero de radicacion D- 8470, presentada por las ciudadanas Patricia Ortiz Nievez y Cindy Ruiz Guarnizio, contra el articulo 43 (parcial) de la Ley 610 de 2000, por las consideraciones expuestas en la presente providencia.
