Aclaración de la sentencia T-736/15.

El jefe de la Oficina Jurídica de la Alcaldía Municipal de Yopal solicitó a la Corporación clarificar el alcance del término reubicación que se ordena en la providencia de la referencia, al igual que ampliar el término para cumplir las órdenes declaradas en la misma.

La Sala de Revisión decidió RECHAZAR, por extemporáneas, las solicitudes formuladas y remitir la pertinente a la extensión del plazo al juzgado de primera instancia, para su conocimiento.

  1. PRIMERO. De acuerdo con las consideraciones expuestas, RECHAZAR por extemporanea la solicitud de aclaracion de la Sentencia T-736 de 2015, formulada por la Alcaldia Municipal de Yopal.
  2. SEGUNDO. RECHAZAR por extemporanea la solicitud de modificacion de la Sentencia T-736 de 2015.
  3. TERCERO. a traves de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion REMITIR la solicitud extension del plazo para cumplir la decision presentada por la Alcaldia Municipal de Yopal al Juzgado
  4. Primero. Municipal para Adolescentes con Funcion de Control de Garantias de Yopal, para su conocimiento.
  5. CUARTO. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al solicitante, con la advertencia que contra esta decision no procede ningun recurso.
