PRIMERO. RECHAZAR in limine, por superflua, para efectos de decidir el incidente de nulidad formulado contra la sentencia T-824 de 2005 por la Consejera de Estado Dra. Ligia López Díaz, la solicitud presentada por apoderado de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, atinente a la remisión del expediente -o la fotocopia del mismo- contentivo de la acción de Nulidad y Restablecimiento del Derecho promovida por la sociedad Inversiones Agroindustriales Cachicamos S.A. y los señores María Carrizosa de López, Cecilia Caballero de López, Alfonso López Michelsen y Juan Manuel López Caballero contra La Nación Superintendencia Bancaria y Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, que tramita la Subsección B de la Sección Primera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca.
SEGUNDO. Reconocerle al doctor Carlos Esteban Jaramillo Schloss personería para actuar en el asunto de la referencia, de conformidad al poder conferido para el efecto por la Superintendencia Bancaria, hoy Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia S.A.
