La Corte decidió que no hay lugar a resolver sobre la consulta formulada por el Juez de la referencia, en relación con el trámite del incidente de desacato por posible incumplimiento de la Sentencia T-170/99 proferida respecto de la tutela incoada por el accionante contra "Supertiendas y Droguerías Olímpica S.A", toda vez que La jurisprudencia de esta Corporación ha señalado que contra las sentencias de la Corte Constitucional no cabe recurso ni aclaración alguna, así como tampoco son procedentes las consultas acerca del alcance de sus fallos o de cualquier otro asunto.
