Se ordenó remitir el expediente de tutela de la referencia al Juzgador de primera instancia para que conceda la impugnación presentada y remita el expediente a su Superior.
Lo anterior, consideró la Corte que para el presente caso, la impugnación fue formulada en tiempo, luego el recurso debe concederse y la segunda instancia tramitarse.
Una vez cumplido este proceso el expediente deberá devolver a esta Corte Constitucional para los efectos del caso.
