Se confirmó el auto suplicado por el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Art. 306 (parcial) del Código de Procedimiento Civil, toda vez que tal y como lo explica el Magistrado Sustanciador del auto que se recurre, la declaración es de exequibilidad plena; en consecuencia, para la Sala resulta evidente que, en lo relativo a la norma objeto de la demanda rechazada, no se restringieron los efectos de cosa juzgada de esta sentencia.
