Se confirmó el auto mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia contra algunas expresiones de los parágrafos 5º y 6º del Art. 17 de la Ley 619 de 2000, toda vez que no existen razones que justifiquen una variación de la jurisprudencia imperante al respecto y que ha sido reiterada, como ya se vio en la Sentencia C-1211/01.
