Se ordenó al juzgado competente poner en conocimiento el demandado sobre la nulidad de todo lo actuado por ese despacho judicial, a partir de la presentación de la demanda de tutela de la referencia por no habérsele notificado desde su iniciación.
En consecuencia, se devolverá el expediente al mencionado Juzgado para el cumplimiento de lo ordenado.

- PRIMERO. ORDENAR al juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellin, PONER EN CONOCIMIENTO LA NULIDAD de todo lo actuado por ese despacho judicial, a partir de la presentacion de la demanda de tutela de la referencia, a la parte demandada. En consecuencia, el citado juzgado debe notificar al representante legal de la fabrica AGA LTDA, la nulidad que contiene el presente proceso, por no habersele notificado su iniciacion. Ademas, se le advertia que si guarda silencio, la nulidad se entendera saneada, caso en el cual el expediente se remitira nuevamente a esta Sala Novena de Revision, para fallo.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General, DEVOLVER el presente expediente al Juzgado
- Sexto. laboral del Circuito de Medellin, para el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en el anterior numeral.
