Se rechazó por falta de competencia, la solicitud de aclaración formulada por el Presidente de la Cámara de Representantes en el asunto de la referencia, toda vez que la Corte Constitucional carece de competencia para aclarar sus sentencias, al tenor de lo dispuesto por el Art. 243 de la Carta Política, de acuerdo con el cual los fallos que la Corte dicte en ejercicio del control jurisdiccional hacen tránsito a cosa juzgada constitucional, por lo que no existe posibilidad de emitir un nuevo pronunciamiento respecto de lo resuelto por la Corporación.
