1De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto Por Las Leyes 72 De 1931 Y 165 De 1938, Los Empelados De Carácter Administrativo De Los Establecimientos De Educación Nacionales, Tendrán, Derecho A Quince (15) Días De Vacaciones Remuneradas, Siempre Que Hayan Prestado Sus Servicios Durante Un Año Continuo Y Completo2Los Empleados, De Que Trata El Articula Anterior, Solicitarán Del Ministerio De Educación, Por Conducto De La Sección Respectiva, Las Vacaciones A Que Tengan Derecho, Y Ésta, Para Concederlas, Deberá Tener En Cuenta Lo Dispuesto Por Los Artículos 3º Y Siguientes Del Decreto Número 1054 De 19383En Ningún Caso El Personal De Empleados A Que Se Refiere Este Decreto, Podrá Gozar De Vacaciones Por Más De Quince (15) Días, Ni En Épocas Distintas A Aquellas En Que Esté Disfrutando El Personal Docente De Los Mismos Establecimientos, Cuyas Vacaciones Se Rigen Por Disposiciones Especiales
