º Los empleados, de que trata el articula anterior, solicitarán del Ministerio de Educación, por conducto de la Sección respectiva, las vacaciones a que tengan derecho, y ésta, para concederlas, deberá tener en cuenta lo dispuesto por los artículos 3º y siguientes del Decreto número 1054 de 1938.
