1La Salina De Cumaral Y Upín Pertenecerá En Lo Sucesivo Á La Intendencia De San Martin, Como La De Muneque Á Casanare, Y Será Administrada Por Un Empicado Nombrado Por El Gobierno Y Que Gozará De La Asignación Mensual De Doscientos Pesos ($ 200)2° La Sal Se Venderá Á Razón De Veinte Centavos Por Arroba, Y No Podrá Ser Importada Á Cundinamarca3° La Salina De Muneque Será Administrada Por Un Empleado Que Disfrutará Del Sueldo Mensual De Doscientos Pesos ($ 200) Y Que Será Nombrado Por El Gobierno4° La Sal De Muneque Será Vendida Á Precio De Costo, El Cual Oportunamente Fijará El Gobierno, Y Nadie Podrá Importarla Á Boyacá5° Los Administradores De Las Salinas De Que Trata Este Decreto No Permitirán En Ningún Caso La Venta De Sal En Cantidades Cuya Magnitud Redunde En Perjuicio De Los Compradores Al Por Menor
